Submitting the online form confirms only that NextGen received a request for follow-up. Submission does not by itself mean that:

• a service contract has been formed; or
• equipment, parts, or scheduling availability is guaranteed.

The current request form states that, by submitting, you agree to be contacted by NextGen about your request by phone or email. If you provide an email address, you may also receive an automatic confirmation email. Communications are for reviewing and following up on the information you provided; form submission does not create any of the confirmations listed above.

Marketing email is separate from the communications above. It is sent only if you explicitly opt in when providing your email address, and you may unsubscribe from it at any time without affecting communications about a service request. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Website content is general information about HVAC services and the request process. The condition of equipment and the appropriate service direction depend on the actual system and circumstances and may require evaluation by a qualified technician.
